01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 9999 Win ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 05 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on 9999 Win, you accept that the outcome cannot be guaranteed and that you may lose the full amount staked. Odds for sports markets are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In the event of a technical error, system fault, or data feed disruption that results in a bet being incorrectly accepted or settled, the platform reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's account balance. The platform's decision in such matters is final.

Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, T20 World Cup and other international tournaments — are governed by the general betting rules above, plus any sport-specific rules displayed within the cricket betting section. In the event of a match being abandoned or not completed per the relevant governing body's rules, void rules apply as stated within the market.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

9999 Win may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentive offers to new and existing users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the time the offer is presented. Where a conflict exists between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a bet or game.
• Accessing the platform through VPNs, proxies or other means of IP masking to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Allowing a minor — any person under the age of 18 — to access or use your account.

The platform employs monitoring systems to detect irregular activity. Where prohibited activity is identified, the platform may freeze the account pending investigation, void any bets associated with the activity, and retain all relevant funds where permitted by applicable policy.
